This is my first home purchase and as someone new to the process, I wasn't sure what to look for. Drew gave me peace of mind that the home inspected didn't have an inch overlooked. Drew was extremely polite, punctual, knowledgeable, kind, and very easy to communicate with. He was eager to do a good job and once the inspection was complete, his great work ethic spoke for itself. I can imagine some inspectors give a quick once over on certain items, but not Drew. The guy had no hesitation to get his hands dirty; from every square inch in the crawl space, to the squirrel he even found hiding in the attic lol. I feel very comfortable and relieved to know that my first home won't have any unreasonable surprises, affirmed wholeheartedly, thanks to Drew. Call this guy if you want the job done right. This was especially great with items that we have not previously dealt with. The report was complete and provided within hours of the inspection completion.
